📦 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship exclusively to the contiguous 48 United States. Due to the size and weight of our premium outdoor structures and furniture, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once dispatched from our US-based warehouses, standard transit times are 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

How are large items (like Gazebos and Grills) delivered?

Oversized and heavy items are shipped via specialized LTL Freight Carriers.

  • Curbside Delivery: The carrier will unload the pallet at the end of your driveway or curbside. They will not carry the items into your backyard, garage, or home.
  • Delivery Appointment: The carrier will call you directly at the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a specific delivery day and time window. An adult must be present to sign for the delivery.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

This is very important: When your freight delivery arrives, please inspect the exterior of the boxes before signing the driver's delivery receipt (Bill of Lading). If you notice any damage to the packaging, you must write "DAMAGED" on the receipt before signing it. If the item inside is damaged, contact us immediately at support@heartandhome.com with photos, and we will make it right.

🔄 Returns & Cancellations

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, the item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: completely unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging with all manuals and hardware included.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the item is defective or damaged: We cover all return shipping costs and will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

If you change your mind (Buyer's Remorse): Because freight shipping is very expensive, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping/freight costs. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund to cover warehouse handling.

Can I cancel my order?

We process orders very quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel, please email us at support@heartandhome.com within 24 hours of placing your order. If the order has already left our warehouse or is in transit, it cannot be canceled and will have to be treated as a standard return.

🛠️ Products & Assembly

Do you offer assembly services?

We do not offer direct assembly services at this time. All our gazebos, pergolas, and furniture sets come with detailed instruction manuals and all necessary hardware for DIY assembly. For large structures like hardtop gazebos, we recommend having 2 to 3 people for assembly, or hiring a local contractor/handyman.

Are your products built to stay outside year-round?

Yes. Our catalog is curated specifically for outdoor durability. Our gazebos and pergolas feature rust-resistant aluminum frames and weather-resistant roofs. However, we always recommend clearing heavy snow accumulation from roofs during extreme winter storms and using protective covers for your grills and furniture when not in use for extended periods.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), as well as secure checkout options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. Your payment data is encrypted and secure. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
