Shipping Policy

At Heart & Home - Outdoor, we are committed to delivering your premium outdoor essentials safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping practices below to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship exclusively to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes due to the size and weight of our items.

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.

Shipping Costs We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. There are no hidden fees at checkout.

Estimated Transit Times Once your order has been processed and leaves our US-based warehouses, standard transit times are typically 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Freight Delivery (For Oversized Items) Many of our products, such as gazebos, pergolas, and large grills, are oversized and heavy. These items require delivery via specialized freight carriers (LTL). Please note the following important details regarding freight deliveries:

  • Curbside Delivery Only: Freight deliveries are strictly "curbside." The carrier will unload the items at the end of your driveway or the curb outside your home. They will not carry the items into your home, backyard, or garage, nor will they assist with assembly or debris removal.

  • Delivery Appointments: The freight carrier will call the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a specific delivery window. An adult (18 years or older) must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery.

  • Inspection Upon Delivery: This is critical. Before signing the delivery receipt, please inspect the exterior of the boxes for any visible damage. If you notice any damage, you must note "Damaged" on the driver's delivery receipt before signing it. If the damage appears severe, you have the right to refuse the delivery. Please contact us immediately at support@heartandhome.com if your item arrives damaged so we can resolve the issue swiftly.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Changes to Shipping Address If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@heartandhome.com. Once an order has been processed or handed over to the carrier, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed, and re-routing fees may apply.
