Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: completely unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging with all manuals and hardware included. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return To start a return, please contact us at support@heartandhomeoutdoor.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the exact return warehouse address and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

Defective or Damaged Items: If the product is incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

Buyer's Remorse / Change of Mind: If you are returning a non-defective item because you changed your mind, you (the buyer) will be responsible for all return freight/shipping costs. Additionally, all buyer's remorse returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund.
Damages and Freight Delivery Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If your item arrives via freight delivery, please inspect the boxes before signing the delivery receipt. Contact us immediately at support@heartandhomeoutdoor.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on items that have already been assembled or modified. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once our US warehouse has received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable return shipping costs or restocking fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
